Happy New Year! I wanted to take a quick moment and let you know the 2018 BC Property Assessments are now available. Keep an eye out for a hard copy in the mail sometime this week, but know that you can view them immediately online, here.
It’s important to note that these assessments were done last summer, so they’re not overly accurate and helpful in reflecting today’s market value. Recent market activity is a much better indicator of current value. For a detailed report of sold homes in your neighbourhood please feel free to reach out to me directly.
